More Info

This Keith KBF gas-fired continuous belt furnace is designed for controlled, high-temperature thermal processing in continuous production environments. Previously utilized in the production of foamed glass aggregate (FGA), also known as foam glass gravel or cellular glass aggregate, this system is engineered to support material expansion and transformation processes through zoned heating and consistent conveyor throughput. Ideal for manufacturers of lightweight aggregate and recycled glass products, this furnace also lends itself to a range of industrial applications including powder processing, mineral and chemical processing, drying, curing, and other continuous heat treatment operations. Its conveyorized design and uniform temperature control make it well-suited for operations requiring repeatable thermal profiles and scalable production capacity.
