This Lindberg / MPH heat treat and shot blasting system was engineered as a fully integrated production cell, combining a roller hearth furnace with automated material handling and a dedicated Wheelabrator TMS12 tumble blast for post-heat treat cleaning.
Parts are processed through the roller hearth furnace, then transferred for batch shot blasting to remove scale and residue before discharge. The system was designed to reduce manual handling, improve consistency, and support repeatable production workflows without the cost or lead time of a new automation build.
Ideal for manufacturers looking to bring heat treat and secondary finishing in-house while maintaining control over part quality and throughput.
