More Info

This 2014 Mazak 3D Fabri-Gear 400 II is a 4,000-watt CO₂ CNC tube laser designed for 3D laser cutting of long tube and structural materials. Powered by a Panasonic CO₂ resonator and Mazak FC-30i-L5 CNC control, it supports round, square, rectangular, and structural profiles used in fabrication, construction, and OEM manufacturing. The system accommodates tube diameters up to 16 inches and material lengths up to 315 inches, with full 26′3″ infeed and outfeed capacity for efficient long-length tube processing.

Published material thickness capacities include up to 0.866″ mild steel, 0.393″ stainless steel, and 0.314″ aluminum, depending on tube size, material grade, and cutting conditions typical of CO₂ CNC tube laser systems. A rotary carousel with 24 quick-release holding plates and six peninsula stations supports repeatable positioning and consistent tube laser cutting across varied profiles and production runs, helping reduce manual layout, secondary machining, and downstream fabrication steps.

Mazak Fabri-Gear tube lasers are commonly used for cutting structural steel, frames, supports, racks, and welded assemblies where accurate hole placement, cutouts, and 3D features are required on long tube and beam components. This Mazak 3D Fabri-Gear 400 II is being offered as part of an upcoming auction sale, providing an opportunity to acquire a large-capacity CNC tube laser for industrial laser tube cutting applications through an equipment auction.
