This Minipan COMBY 660 Plus is an automatic cookie & biscuit depositor built to mass-produce wire-cut, roller-extruded, or moulded dough pieces with bakery-grade accuracy. Its 660 mm (26 “) wide depositing head feeds a synchronized pan-loading conveyor and motorized pan buffer, giving craft and industrial bakers up to 140 trays per hour of consistently shaped cookies, biscuits, or gluten-free snacks. Quick-change wire-cut frames, custom mould plates, and recipe-driven servo controls let you run everything from chocolate-chunk dough to shortbread, while the stainless build and tool-free disassembly speed up sanitation for SQF / BRC audits. Two stainless rolling carts, extra wire-cut frames, and a touch-screen HMI are included—providing a near-new 2021 depositing line at a fraction of factory cost.
