This Nishijimax NHC-180NB is a 7-inch (180 mm) high-speed carbide circular saw engineered for precision cut-off of carbon-steel, alloy-steel and stainless bar or tube. A 45° Z-axis slant-bed design and AC-servo / ball-screw feed give the blade longer life and deliver high feed rates at a low cost per cut. Control is via a Mitsubishi Q-Series PLC touchscreen HMI for recipe storage and on-screen troubleshooting. The saw comes with hydraulic horizontal & vertical clamping, an automatic bundle loader, chip conveyor, and spare carbide blade—providing near-new productivity at a huge savings versus buying new.
