These P.E. Labellers Modular SL 1120-24-BL-6P systems are high-speed rotary Hot Melt (Cut & Stack) labelers built on P.E.’s Modular SL platform with a 44.1″ carousel and six peninsula station chassis. Designed for continuous production environments, the 24 quick-release bottle plates provide stable bottle handling and consistent wrap-around label placement at elevated line speeds. The installed hot melt station delivers cost-efficient full-wrap labeling with strong adhesion, making this configuration well suited for sustained beverage production on straight-wall PET containers.

The six-station architecture provides built-in flexibility beyond the currently installed hot melt module. While these units are presently configured for cut-and-stack labeling, the Modular SL platform was engineered for modular expansion and can be reconfigured to accept pressure sensitive or roll-fed labeling modules, subject to OEM review. Originally specified with change parts for 16 oz and 34 oz PET bottle formats, including feed screws, star wheels, center guides, and label handling components, these systems are positioned squarely within mid-to-large beverage bottling and contract packaging operations requiring durable, scalable labeling capacity.
