This Titan Robotics Atlas 2.5 Hybrid 3D printer is a large-format additive manufacturing system built for industrial-scale production of thermoplastic parts. With a 36″ x 36″ x 44″ build envelope, this machine is engineered to handle oversized prototypes, molds, tooling, and functional components in a single setup.

Equipped with dual extrusion capabilities—a pellet extrusion head for high-deposition, cost-efficient printing and a filament extrusion head for finer resolution and detail—this Atlas 2.5 Hybrid offers exceptional flexibility in materials and applications. Supported polymers include commodity, engineering-grade, and reinforced thermoplastics, with capacity for filament up to 0.112″ diameter and pellets up to 0.118″ x 0.118″.

This specific unit is fitted with a Titan Yaskawa CNC control, Wittmann Drymax dryer, and BOFA fume extractor, ensuring consistent print quality and a clean operating environment. Designed and manufactured in the U.S. by Titan Robotics (now part of 3D Systems), the Atlas 2.5 Hybrid remains a proven platform that evolved into the current EXT 1070 Titan Pellet series.
