Featuring: (5) 2021 MODIG HHV2 5-Axis CNC Aluminum Extrusion Mills, (2) 2021 MODIG HHV-HYBRID 5-Axis CNC Aluminum Extrusion Mills w/ Friction Stir Welding, & 2023 MTE K-4200 Duplex Horizontal Machining Center (New & Unused). The MODIG HHV platform is designed for high-speed machining of long aluminum extrusions, bar stock, and profile-based components used in aerospace, defense, transportation, and other production environments. By pulling raw material through the machine and completing many parts in fewer setups, these systems can help reduce handling, fixturing, setup time, and overall cycle time compared with conventional multi-operation machining.
