This package comprises a series of semi-automated stations formerly used to assemble and electrically validate high-current battery modules built from prismatic cells. Process equipment includes incoming-cell OCV inspection and scanning, metered adhesive dispensing with refrigerated material storage, cell-stack compression and error-proofing, compression-retaining weld fixtures, module-case insertion, top-plate installation, fuse rework and Bitrode FTV charge/discharge testing. Material-handling equipment, conveyors, racks, monitors and module shipping dividers are also included.

The package represents a substantial module-level assembly and testing system but is not a turnkey battery-pack line. A buyer should anticipate product-specific retooling, controls and software integration, recommissioning and the addition of a busbar laser-welding process.
