This Modig HHV2 High-Speed Horizontal Machining Center is built for aerospace manufacturers producing long, repeatable aluminum components where both speed and precision directly impact output. With a 6 meter auto loader and dual rotary chucks, raw material is fed directly into the machine, allowing for uninterrupted machining and consistent part quality across long runs. The upgraded high-speed spindle supports aggressive cutting speeds while maintaining tight tolerances, making it well suited for high-volume aerospace programs where throughput and repeatability are critical. This process has been shown to reduce machining time by up to 40–70% compared to traditional methods.
