This SNK RB-5M 5-face double column CNC bridge mill is built for machining large weldments, castings, base plates, and heavy fabricated components that require multi-surface machining in a single setup. It is well suited for producing structural frames, machine bases, gearbox housings, and other oversized parts where maintaining alignment across multiple faces is critical. 

The rigid double column design supports heavy cutting across large work envelopes, making it a strong fit for aerospace, energy, shipbuilding, and heavy equipment manufacturing environments. It is commonly used for machining turbine components, large engine housings, fabricated assemblies, and other high-value parts that are difficult to reposition or require consistent accuracy across multiple operations. 

With 5-face machining capability and a CNC-controlled W-axis, the RB-5M allows multiple sides of a part to be machined without repositioning, helping to reduce setup time, minimize handling, and improve part consistency. The extended quill (Z-axis) stroke supports deep cavity work, while the right-angle attachment enables efficient processing of complete parts in fewer setups. 

It is commonly used for large part CNC machining, multi-face machining of castings, double column milling of structural components, and precision machining of oversized fabricated parts.
